Portal access
Portal access is provided for the client email connected to an AIRB booking. Keep sign-in links and project URLs private, tell AIRB promptly if one is shared accidentally, and do not try to access another client’s project.

Terms for using the AIRB client portal
Effective 8 August 2026. These portal terms supplement the full AIRB booking terms, which govern payment, cancellation, rescheduling, deliverables and usage rights.
Dates and project updates
A preferred date entered after payment is a request, not a confirmed shoot date. AIRB confirms the date after availability, airspace, access, safety, weather and feasibility checks. Portal timelines remain operational estimates and AIRB will communicate material changes.
Payments, downloads and usage
Payment status is reconciled from Stripe. Preview material is for review only. Final files and the agreed usage licence are released after full payment, subject to the booking scope and AIRB website terms.
Availability and changes
AIRB may maintain or improve the portal and its access controls. Temporary interruption does not remove the agreed service or deliverables; AIRB will provide a reasonable alternative handover where a portal fault materially affects delivery.
